A federal judge rejected a request from Stormy Daniels' lawyers to depose President Trump and his attorney Michael Cohen over a $130,000 payment made to the film star days before the 2016 presidential election.
The judge declared the request to be premature.
Daniels has publicly claimed an affair with Trump that took place in 2006. At the interview on CBS' "60 Minutes" she claimed that a lawyer for President Trump orchestrated a $130,000 payment to prevent her from going public with claims of a consensual sexual encounter with Mr. Trump.
White House denied all the claims from the actor Stormy Daniels made in the interview that aired Sunday.
